No Text when trying to talk to Sailor Drew | Sailor works correctly now, can be closed

Featured Replies

Dear Staff,

I tried to speak to Sailor Drew in order to do the Kyurem quest, but there didn't show up any text. I linked a video where I tried to speak to him multiple times. I also asked a friend if he could speak to the Sailor, but there didn't show up a text for him, too. While writing this bug report there were 2 more players who couldnt go on Evergreen Island too.

I restarted my game during the blackscreen in the video, but this didn't help.

I followed this guide while trying to do the quest: https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/142179-url
