The post maker did make a mistake there but no there is a 1 time payment of 5k with that pokemon to get it to 50 and after that 1k a level

i am sorry postmaker made a little mistake there there is a 1 time fee for anypokemon below level 50 the fee is 5k even if the pokemon is level 5
