I cant do heatran quest

hi, i have a problem with heatran quest. i have all requirements, i have +150h on sinnoh, and i have the gyarados lv60, but npc buck i think its bugged cause i cant enter on cave , i show the screenshot. pls help me

Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

In order to start the Heatran quest, you need:

- 200 hours or more of total playtime

- Be Sinnoh champ

- Have a level 60 or less pokemon

 

After acquiring these requirements, you can speak to Buck and you can start the quest.
