I've kicked you from the server(kept the spot open). It may show now that you are "banned", but try to login in 5-10 minutes and tell if you are still shown that message

Hey guys, i fighted against a player called Glacial. He almost lost, than he logged out and my screen frozed. I cant do anything, so i logged out to. Now, if i try to log in it says: "User already logged in"

In the live Chat they called me a little child and dat iam crying dat i cant play because the server is full. But it dont says the server is full. It only says "User already logged in"

So admins, gm's or who ever can fix this, what i have to do?! I wait for like 1-1 1/2 hours and it always says the same! :Nervous:

 

Kicked you account from the server but if it's truly UIS it won't make a difference. Try logging in now.

The same massage: " User already logged in"

Another case of UIS, kicking won't resolve this issue. The server needs to be restarted in order to fix it.

There is not a set time for server restarts they occur at the developers discretion.

Try creating a new account for the time being.

Best solution is to make a new account and wait till games release (2 weeks or so). Everyone's player records will be wiped when game is fully released. = )

UIS is mainly a case by case occurrence and it's rarely ever considered a good enough reason to reset the server. Remain calm, there is a fix for UIS but Shane has commented it out in the server code in attempts to fully correct the issue however, there is not an estimate on when this issue will be resolved as there are higher priorities on the to-do list.
