hello,

today i started the quest to get my jirachi, i fulfilled all the requirements however when i started the quest i didn´t find latias in any of the possible places, i went looking for the latios that i found however when i went to battle with him it wasn´t mega. I was wondering if there is a way to reset my quest so that I can record a tutorial in my game language and check if my account has any bugs that prevent me from finding latias.

my account was stopped for years and I probably started this quest a long time ago without remembering, i already captured jirachi, please close this post the problem has already been solved
