I would like to restart my story from the beginning on the silver server.

 

Is it possible to get my silver character reset?

And if yes. Is it possible to have it done without loosing the gold character?

I am really sorry but we don't offer Account resets at the moment. We will announce it in our Discord as soon as we offer that Service again. So be sure to stay tuned. ;-) You can either wait till we do or you can create a new Account (up to 4 Accounts per Player are allowed) and have a fresh start that way.
