Baton pass Bug

Hi i just fought Chuck i used baton pass from my furret to my Haxorus the ennemy Machamp used Dynamic punch he missed and my lum berry on my haxorus got used which is weird

Also sometimes my baton pass works like Voilt switch my baton pass pok get it first then it switch to my sweeper and sometimes it does the normal thing , Switch first to my sweeper and i get hit ( i did 3 Rock polish first with my Baton pass pokemon btw so im faster anyway) .
