I honestly don't know if it's intentional or not, or if people have posted about this before. But i tried to send my mount over to my alt, and this happened.

First, thank you for taking the time to report the bug.

Secondly, this is indeed not intended, and you should be able to trade your shiny Azumarill Mount.

 

I will forward the issue to the relevant team and I will let you know once it has been fixed.
