Marach47 Posted August 19, 2020 Share Posted August 19, 2020 Before the 8th gym badge after beating deoxys and talking to rayquaza you get teleported into sootopolis. But if you use an escape rope to teleport out of sootopolis you can't get back in. Rayquaza doesn't send you to the moon again and you can't get there from entrance from route 128 underwater because you have nothing else to do in there.
