i had my halloween sneasel trained and it wasnt evolved so i was wondering if this problem could be fixed it is currently lvl 96 and i tried evolving it using a rare candy and it did not work

Sorry for the inconvenience. Please try to let it faint 1 time, then close client for about 30 secs, log back in, heal up and level it up during nighttime (20:00 - 4:00 Poketime) while it holds a Razor Claw. Please let me know if the Problem was solved.
