It would be night outside but she would say "Have a nice morning!". Like what Sparkly said, we have decided the time to be like this: 00:00 - 05:59 = morning 06:00 - 11:59 = day 12:00 - 17:59 = afternoon 18:00 - 23:59 = evening So.. it is not a bug.
