my gold account has been erased?

hello team pokemon, i havn't played in awhile and was really excited to jump back on after all this time but my main account has been erased? (gold server)

My silver hasnt been touched and is still basically at the start of the game, what can i do to get my progress back?!?

Hi, @Nighthawk202.

 

Little note that old Red and Blue server merged into Silver server and Yellow server changed its name into Gold server.

 

I have checked your account's database, you have been playing mainly in Blue server.

I think your Silver progress problem came because you have selected your main server wrong while merging.

I can offer you an unmerge, however you'll lose your current progress, pokemons, and items in Silver. (As for the progress, it will be overrided with your old Blue progress, for the pokemons and items, it will be overrided with your old Red items + Blue items)

 

Think about the offer, and tell me if you made a decision.
