If you are searching for a good psychic type, I would prefer Gardevoir. Again this is more of a personal choice but Gardevoir is also better overall. I hope this can somehow help you!<br/>

I would recommend a Modest Nature Natu but out of the one's you have, I would go for the second one. Build him with Special Attack Moves.

The only reason you would want to use xatu in pvp would be because of magic bounce. Your third natu is actually quite decent, and i would recommend you use that.

i think xatu is ability magic bounce better than scyn for pvp

You do not want synchronize.

 

It provides: "When statused, the enemy is also statused. Can pass nature to wild Pokemon." which is useless in PVP.

 

While Magic bounce: "Bounces back certain non-damaging moves." which will prove more useful in PVP than sync does.

 

Also Early bird: "Reduces sleep time by 50%." which isen't bad. I recommend having Magic bounce though, I find it more viable with xatu if your going to use him.
