i started this game couple of weeks ago in gold and i made a mistake by buying a mount for 100 coins (5€) and the problem is now that i want to start over again in silver. I already made an character there and now i have the question if i can transfer the mount from gold to silver. I would be really happy if that is possible because i dont want to throw away that 5€. Thank you

if they transfer the account from gold to silver the silver will go to gold, so you can't

Sorry, but we don't offer that kind of Service. The only ways I can think of is that you give the Mount to someone who is planing to do a Server Transfer and he trades it back to you afterwards, or that you give the Mount to a friend, then Transfer yourself (can be done for free at the Dashboard) and then he trades if back to you.
