I've looked all around for the person who stole the ingredient to heal the captain and can't find them.

 

Description and Message

You want to talk to the cliffary in the ballroom he is on the upper level to the left and he has the potion. Then go talk to the captain and give him that. After that you can go talk to the pharmacist again and get another potion which you can keep. Hope this helps!
