I defeated Lawrence IV then Zapdos, Moltres and appear in Lighting Island Frozen but I do not pick the lighting orb and go back to PC, how can I get it now. Please help me

Sorry for the inconvenience. 

 

To retrieve the Lightning Orb at Lightning Island Frozen, you need to talk to Melody's Slowking. It will then offer to teleport you to the Island if you forgot to take the orb.
