my eevee can't evolve to sylveon even it had baby doll eyes and eat rare candy on love island , please help me

If leveling up your Eevee at Love Island while it has learned a fairy-type move does not prompt an evolution, try to lose some happiness, (which can be done by having it faint during battle) restarting the client, and leveling up again.

Make sure to have its happiness below 255 so you don't accidentally evolve it into an Espeon or Umbreon. You can check how much happiness points your Pokemon has by typing "/happy (Slot number the Pokemon's in). Alternatively you can level up during the morning, which is 4:00 AM to 10:00 AM to avoid this.
