i checked all possible options in game and on the website to do a account reset and there was no option anywhere to be seen.

May i have my account reset because i made this account a while ago and i cant remember anything of the story or what i should even do, and i would like to have a fresh start, since new accounts cant be made now i have no choice but to reset this account.

P.S. i also chose the wrong starter back then :( thats a big deal for me.

"2. You are permitted to have 2 accounts per email address and up to 4 per person. We do not offer support for proxy cases. If you are found linked with someone via proxy you will be banned if a ban issued is an IP ban."

They do not reset accounts, you gotta create a new one, mate (cf. this post, or this one, or plenty of others)

You can catch all starters in the wild at some point of the game, e.g. pikachu in viridian forest, squirtle in vermilion city, johto's starters in its safari, etc.

We can't reset your account, if you want to do the story all over again you'll have to wait to do an other account. Like the post just before said, you can catch all the starters in the wild, more details on this guide : https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=89&t=8584

To be fair, you may want to look into the new Blue server when it releases, as all players will restart from scratch. Otherwise its not too big a deal to pick the wrong starter.
