Hello. I tried to go and catch latios but the quest doesnt get started. I have 300 evos and i have caught jirachi. When interact with the tv it says "it seems the red pokemon is still roaming around" and i dont see any reporters. I probably did something with the reporters while doing story but i dont get why it should create any problems with the quest now.

If the TV gives that Message it means you have to battle the wild Latias roaming around. You can see the possible Locations in the Latias & Latios Section for the Jirachi Quest inside the Legendary Megathread. I hope that helped and please let me know if the problem was solved 🙂
