Hoy en la madrugada dejé de jugar con 4 masterball en mi inventario y ahora reviso el inventario y desaparecieron sin utilizar ni una y no me quedan pve points porque los usé en ésas 4 masterball pido ayuda a ver si hay alguna solución a éso ya me ocurrió en otra ocasión pero como tenía otras masterball no le di importancia pero ahora no tengo ni una y soy el único con el acceso a la cuenta por favor pido alguna solución

Have you recently done the Pinkan Island Quest or the Heatran Quest?
These quests will temporarily take your Pokeballs and Rare Candies. To get them back, you will need to talk to the Pinkan Island Ranger, or Buck.
