I hv done mew quest, that means I hv caught all kanto pokemons and hv 71+ evolved data in dex.. But still the policeman in saffron train station is saying that I m not experienced enough to go to trainers valley. Why? 

I got disconnected while fighting red.. But having won is not necessary.. 

Pls solve my problem

Sorry for the inconvenience, but could you maybe provide me a Screenshot of the Policeman saying that? Meanwhile I have a Scripter checking your variables. Maybe something go messed up during that DC. I take it that Red is not there anymore? Cause maybe you got hit by a Rollback and you just need to battle Red again?! Could you maybe check?

As u said, I check mount silver and found that Red was still there. I never think that this will happen. Finally I hv defeated Red and can now access yo trainers valley.
