M3ru3m Posted September 24, 2020 Share Posted September 24, 2020 Hello @AlphaRider, I am sorry for the inconvenience. Sadly we are not able to de-evolve Pokes due to the lack of tools for it. However you can just use the Pre-Evo-Move-Tutor, which is inside each Daycare Center, to teach it Cosmic Power. If you don't have Daycare unlocked you can unlock it by beating Boss Naero inside the Cerulean Cave. Alternatively you can ask a Friend / Guildie or pay someone to teach it for you.
