Signature moves errors

I wanted to communicate to Staff that some status signature moves are making damage. I have noticed that one move called "Forest's Curse" is making damage than making the oponent Grass Type.

 

This are the moves that I found some errors:

Topsy-Turvy

Halloween

Forest's Curse.

 

I'll be active for reporting another move which fails at using it.
