Mounts and Money Gone

Hey there, i logged in after 1-2 years, and i have seen all my pokemon have transfered onto silver but none of my money or my mounts have trasnfered, my username is EvadezZz and i do believe i had a Shiny Charizard mount and a shiny Milotic mount, i also had a fair bit of money but im unsure of how much i didnt think any of this wouldve been lost or confused in the process but things can go wrong and im not angry just would like my things back much appreciated

I have checked your account's info and found out you have gave given your Shiny Charizard Mount to a player (SuperZeh) when you were playing in Red Server.

Do you remember this trade?

no i dont remember this trade sadly, and how about my surfing mount? do you know what i traded for myself to give him my mount because i dont see why i would give him my mount and have no mount for myself to keep... thank you for checking appreciate the help so far

Also are you able to check where all my money has gone? i only have 5k or did i give that to someone else also? im just very confused as i dont believe i gave it to someone willingly

I can check that you have bought several pokemons while playing in Red Server.

 

As for the surf mount, you never had any surf mount in this account "EvadezZz".

okay no worries, and any possibility on getting my charizard mount back or no? and do you know what i traded for it? just doesnt make sense sadly very upset i logged on and it was gone

As I mentioned above, you traded your mount with another player.

So, you would have to ask the player for the mount.
