So I just merged my account after not playing for a long while, I can see my old character is now on Silver.

However, upon trying to login to Silver, it tells me my username/password is incorrect. I can login to Gold with the same account but it has an empty character.

I've already tried to change my password and login but it wouldn't help.

same, i can login to GOLD but receive an error "invalid username or password" attempting to login to SILVER.

 

tried resetting my passwords 4 times already still the same error.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but can you please try changing your password at the dashboard and see if you can log into the game.

Note that the server is offline due to a client update, so it would be nice if you try logging into the game a bit later when the server is up again.

still the same unfortunately, I logged into the dashboard this time and completed it via my account > password and changed it that way this time, rather than forgot password

 

same error "invalid username / Password" but I'm getting into GOLD no problem

ignore me ive just spotted, i have cvompleted the merge and had to reset my password but it worked, thank you

 

You have to merge before you can login on Silver!  click here
