Need help about Halloween event

Hello. I'm currently new in this game(est. 24hrs). Can I participate in Halloween event? I'm still in Kanto. Thanks

Hello  @Malz2414,

 

There should be a Sailor that takes you to the Event Map in each Region and you can go there as soon as you reach the City the Sailor is in. It is recommended to have some high lvl Pokes tho. I hope that helped.

Can you tell me that when will Halloween Quest will be released and i am confused that there is only one quest or many in this halloween event. 

Please help me in my way...
