Hi, i go to Murky Town and speak with all npc. 

Nobodì gives me Halloween Candys and i don't know what do.

 

Last year maybe i did half quest, is this a possible problem?

Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

It seems you have given 5 of the Halloween Candies to Fairy Grande, and have a few Halloween Candy left, not enough to pass through Werewolf Goku at Howling Woods.

Can you go back to Murky Town once again and please check that you've interacted with the following NPCs:
Sandy
Uno
Baswedan
Annies
Ghost Ronnie
Witch Neroli
Plumber Carl
Mummy Setnov
Officer Agus
Ghost Rafael

Speaking with these NPCs should in total give you 10 Halloween Candies, considering you haven't spoken to them at all.

I'm so sorry... you are right. I hadn't see Mummy and Plumber in PC. All quest right.
