Ever since the latest mac client update (and yes, I'm 100% sure I dl'd and installed it correctly), I've been getting randomly kicked out of the game when initiating conversations or battles. When doing the dark realm in the halloween event I got kicked when initiating battles a total of 6 times on top of 2 regular losses, meaning these crashes lost me my chance at a clone pokemon. It would be very nice if I could still get/retry for a clone pokemon because getting locked out of something because of the client crashing instead of your pure skill is very frustrating as a player..

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience, however we don't refund any lost game process due to server crash as this would be unfair for all other players who experienced similar problems.

I really understand your frustration, but I don't think I'll be able to help you on the case 😞
