I can't enter the cave to get gengarite although i did the quest part 1 and part 2 last year. The girls in cave for part 3 said the lord was back in Villa in Necropolis , I tried to find him but nothing . plz Helps

In order to be able to start the quest for the gengarite, you will need to challenge and defeat Umbra in the Dark Realm. After that is done, you should be able to start the quest.

If you have already completed the Dark Realm quest last year, you can replay it by defeating Horon at Dark Valley, which is North from Necropolis, without having a single Pokemon faint.

You will first receive a Halloween Rapidash mount if you haven't already, where you will need to wait for 3 days for his cooldown, and challenge him again to replay the Dark Realm quest.
