Not sure if this is the correct sub-forum to post this on, but my friend and I keep getting "failed to download patch" on the intro of the game, right before logging into our respective servers. We can still log into the game however. We both can go to murky and finished halloween event, so we are able to do all that, but we haven't caught any halloween themed pokemon and we've been grinding since halloween event started (hours each day), so we were wondering if the "failed to download patch" was the problem?

 

Edit1: forgot to say that we've tried the following:

- delete all files and redownloading.

- tried different download links (DDL, MEGA, and Mediafire).

- asked in-game help chat, couldn't find source of the problem.
