I was at Mount Summit hunting Gibles, I got freeze, relogged. It teleported me to Nightmare Entry map. I've moved out of the map using blue field and my team pokes are gone. Need help.

EDITED: My team was: sync Natu, 100 lvl Breloom, 100 lvl Gengar, 100 lvl Charizard with mega stone, 100 lvl Volcarona and Beldum.
