I was not awarded my award for completing the halloween event mission

Hello, sorry for the inconvenience.
I just finished the main mission of the halloween event a few days before and I went to claim my reward, however I stayed afk for a moment while I decided what I was going to choose, then the game sent me to the main menu and when I came back to the game I had nothing of the prize and did not allow me to return to have the dialogue to choose my reward. Can you help me with that? Defeating Vlad was really hard
