In 2018 I had an advanced account where I played on the red server, today I tried to play with that account I put your id and password and it tells me that it does not exist, could you help me recover my account, I know the previous ID and your Email

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

 

Note that old Red and Blue server merged into Silver and Yellow changed its name into Gold.

You would have to merge your account's info in order to play your old account.

As you know the previous account's ID and email, you would be able to merge your account at the Dashboard.

Since your main server was Red, after the merge, your main server will be Silver.

 

Can you try merging your account and see if you can log into your account.

I have also cannot get my id when i enter every thing it say uasername or password is incorrect and when i go to reset pass and enter the name it says name not exist please help me i need my account back
