Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

To be able to enter Alucard's Castle once again, you will need to defeat Horon at Dark Valley, which is North from Necropolis, without having a single Pokemon faint.

If you've already defeated him and he is not there, you'll have to wait 3 days before getting another chance.
