Hi, my user name is Schoi and I'm is Silver server.

I talked to the NPC Psychic Marina in Vermilion about 10 minutes ago and used an IV re-roll ticket on my Latios and I got 31 speed.

I don't remember other stats but they were very low (like 1~9?)

However, I think there was a bug and the new the IV stats were not saved.

Right now, my Latios has previous IV stats (stats before I used rr ticket).

I'm not lying (you can check the server data), and I'm really sad because 31 speed was not saved.

Please check the data and restore my Latios' new IV.

I am sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about that. In order for the new stats to save, you have to confirm the new IVs after using a Reroll Ticket. The NPC asks you whether you want to save the current IVs or keep the old one. It appears to me that you did not confirm your new IVs. I am sorry for the bad news. This time I didn't forget to click "Yes"!

Even though it's not 31 speed, I'm satisfied!
