hey,

 

i baught membership and coins this day at around 12:00.

and my friend just baught it at around 18:00.

now comes the weird thing that he already got his donated items and i dont.

This might be the wrong forum you're posting on. Did you buy coins as a donation? Or did you buy membership straight from your account on the website. Also, was the website fully functioning at the time you purchased it? These might be factors for why you haven't received it. I suggest posting in the forum for donation issues so that an admin can review it, Make sure to have your transaction and receipt number.
