Editing my Forum Shop - Continued

All of my issues are only with editing, viewingthe posts normally is fine

 

Ok so I've deleted every single image in my shop, but its still laggy when i edit it.

Is it the spoilers that are making it laggy?

Is it possible in any way to get it to show how the old cog veiw used to be? only text, no colours/spoilers ect.

 

Is a work around for the images to attach them to a different post, and just copy them in, so they arnt part of the main posts attachments?

Looking at your thread, I can see that there are a lot of spoilers exisiting. They definitely increase the loadtime of your thread and possibly make your thread laggy. What do you mean with "cog view"? Could you please explain so I can try to help you with it. Regarding your question with the images, this will not change anything. Once you paste them in there, they will appear as attachments again. 

 

I am unsure if there is a way you can make your post less laggy than it is currently without having to delete the majority of your post, but I will think about it. Maybe we can come up with something together. Have a nice day.

Cog view, was on the previous version of the forum the last button on the edit options 'the cog'.(might be called plain text, I dunno).

Are the attachments hidden when copy pasted?

4th post in my shop has four pictures in (3 of them copied) but in the attachments area, it only shows one attachment

Hey there!

 

What you are refering to with cog view is called BB Codes to my knowledge is not really supported by our new forums anymore. You can still use it in basic forms, but it usually messed up the formatting and sometimes the rest of your thread, so be careful when using it. 

 

From what I have experienced with attachments on the new forums is that if they do not appear at first, there is a high chance that they appear later on. Also, just the attachments tab at the bottom of the thread should not impact the thread that much, if at all.
