i transfered my account from silver server to gold and i lost all my badges, i still have my pokemons and money + coins but my badges dint appear up can somoene help me please?

Hi, @PinkTrainer

 

I checked your account's database and found out that you might have picked the wrong server as your main while merging.

Note that your main server was Red.

 

We can offer you an un-merge so you can re-merge correctly.

But you would lose 1 hour of your game progress you played in Gold server. (You'll be able to keep all the items and pokemons you had before the merge)

I'll be waiting for your reply.

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience.

I didn't know that there was a recent change and we can't reverse the merge when the player changed servers 😞

I'm so sorry...

There is nothing that I can do to help you on your case...

I think you have to re-do the story from the beginning.

@HappyMango the problem is that i cant even swap pokemon bcz i have a pokemon not from kanto on the first place... how i can deal with that? i cant move it or remove only battling with that
