The second one. No question about it. It has HA, which is Poison Heal for Gliscor, one of the best abilities available in my opinion. Bare in mind, Toxic Orb is not in game at the moment, so it won't be of any use, but I will still go ahead and use that one.

Nope, if that is the case, the first one will definitely be better. Hyper Cutter prevents its attack being lowered, so from Pokemon with Intimidate. If you want, you could use the first one for now and if Toxic Orb ever gets put into the game, you can use the second one then.
