Hello there ,

So yesterday i finished the halloween event part 2 , And i didnt get  my free reroll ticket , I cought my Darkrai back in 2017 , and i'm pretty sure i missed the event last year .

Since this is a common problem , i will await  further instructions  , Thank you for your time .

Hey there!

 

I am sorry for the inconvenience. In order to get a Locked Reroll Ticket, you have to defeat the Battlefield quest in hard-mode. In order to do that, go to Unison Mountain PC, go north until you find the shrine. In there, go to the back and talk to Gengar, it will ask you if you are interested in doing a hard-mode of the Battlefield quest. Please let me know if this clarified some things for you.
