Hello i have a problem with the heatran quest. It happen 2 times . I was in battle with NPC and suddenly i log out . Furthermore i lost all my rare candies . Please help me .

When you start the Heatran Quest your rare candies are kept inside a NPC until you finish the quest.

You'll be able to receive your rare candies back when you talk to the NPC Buck after finishing the Heatran quest.
