Hi, I am a returning player and I am stuck inside the Vermillion pokecenter (cannot move at all).

I have tried re-logging (multiple times) and I still cannot move. Does anyone know how I can become unstuck?

Are you still facing this problem?

Can you try closing the game client completely and then relog into the game to see if you can move inside the game or not.

Do you have an escape rope? 

If so, can you try using the item and then see if you can move?

U can keep pressing on button re-sync this happened with me too but when I pressed that button multiple times it worked

someone traded me an escape rope and I was able to move, thanks for the help
