Hi Gu1nevere,

Thank you for the report. I've applied a fix that should prevent the Pokemon from evolving if it is not at the expected evolution stage. I've also noticed a few other issues related to your disconnection, so their fix will also be applied shortly.

 

I was worried that you would be unable to complete the quest with Torchic, but it looks like you were able to reproduce the bug, fully evolve it into Blaziken and successfully complete the quest... I have mixed feelings regarding that, but at the very least, I'm glad you didn't have to restart the quest due to this bug. Since it seems you don't need any assistance, I'll be closing this thread as resolved.
