Lost my cyndaquil please help I'm stuck

So I was trying to level up my cyndaquil which was at 17 for the gym and I traded a bellsprout for the onix that the rocket guy trades you in johto, when I logged back in it copied the onix and wrote over my cyndaquil. Please help as I'm kinda stuck now and was almost able to beat the gym 😞 thethe picture I uploaded is supposed to be my cyndaquil.
