Whenever I enter a door to a new zone or into a house, I can't move.

Not with keyboard, nor with the mouse.

I have a dual screen setup, so I unfocus my game by clicking somewhere on my second screen and then clicking back on the game,

or by pressing alt+tab twice to unfocus and focus.

 

This happens every time I enter a new zone.

Saying this is annoying me is an understatement...

 

Does anyone have a solution for this?

I think you're just lagging or is this some kind of set up issues since i'm not having these kind of problems

No I'm certain it's not lag.

I do use razer synapse, but am not working with any special profile for this game.
