Sorry for the inconvenience.

After checking our tools, it doesn't seem that you had or traded a Breloom. Are you sure the Pokemon you're missing is a Breloom, or are you sure you're missing a Pokemon at all. Perhaps the Pokemon in question is a Shroomish, which should be in your PC.

yes, i pretty sure i'm missing a level 100 breloom but if you cant find it then ill just find and train another one

Sorry to inform you, but your Breloom was most likely cleared out from the database, as was other released Pokemon, to avoid unnecessary database load, as can be seen below:
