Ivysaur converted to Lvl 5 Bulbasaur ☹️ Someone Help.

I started playing this game yesterday and after logging out in Mt. Moon, my lvl 17 Ivysaur turned into a  lvl 5 Bulbasaur with an oran berry.

I would be thankful if someone could help me.
