Escape rope/battle logging after leaving Matsuki Village island sends you to Vermillion gym

Hi,

So I just came accross this and when you use the event map Poke Center, and then leave the event island and use an escape rope/battle relog, it sends you to the Vermillion Poke Center.

I'm not sure if this is indeed a bug, or intentional game design since it costs 7.5K pokedollars everytime to go back to the event island again after doing so. 

P.S - I tried uploading the video file of me testing it out but it gives me an error everytime

This is an intended feature from the content scripter team so that the 7.5k pokedollar fee cannot be avoided.
