Mapping software

Featured Replies

Hy evryone.

I've been wondering on the forum lately and I found a lot of people who posted verry pretty looking maps.

With all thoses images in mind , I realised I would love to give it a try and awaken the artist in me

So if anyone could advice me a good mapping software it would be very nice ^^

:thanks:

Use Tiled its most likely what everyone. PRO has it's own custom map editor.

Do not contact staff members for private support. Share the question on the forums due to being of use to others. Please use proper forum. Unsolicited messages will be trashed. Thanks.

You should really look at the mapping thread in the staff recruitment section for more information about mapping PRO style /viewtopic.php?t=473 I've been wanting to map something too so you're not alone on that. The tileset is very limited (no Pokémon Center or PokéMart for example), so you may need to create your own version of that if you want to incorporate it into your map.
