Resume Xmas Underground Battle if we lose internet connection

Hello guys, 

while I was doing xmas event underground battle I got disconnected twice, loosing all my progress (4k fee entry, and 16 xmas coins since I was against the 8th boss). As the title suggests, I'd like to ask you to give us the opportunity to resume it from the point it got interrupted. Logging out and in between battles didn't work.
